Nice sale. Any reason why chose Atom premium (30%) when there was such a clear buyer? I imagine any inbound lander would have sufficed.

That's true. I mainly wanted to grow my Atom portfolio, and I really appreciate their retargeting strategyโ€”showing ads to potential buyers who previously visited the landing page. This kind of promotion helps keep the domain top of mind and can increase buyer intent over time.

Congrats!

Que: If it was premium name, how come your listing type had both the options : make offer & BIN ?

Based on my understanding, we can have either of them so asking about it.

Oh apologies, I just noticed that now. I meant BIN & Lease to own.

Congratulations but can you explain this purchase. I don't get it which is why I'm, me and you are the one with the sale. What exactly is the appeal of EyesSouth especially that you paid more than reg price for it? What led you to pay $348 for it? You get it and I don't and I'm just trying to understand the appeal of names like this. Hopefully Godaddy won't censor me for this as they don't seem to like me asking why some domains sell. Once again I see no website on EyesSouth.com which also is a wonderful trait I notice on sales. Someone buys a domain and they put no website on it. I wish I was the one people buy a domain name from and then they put no website on the domain they bought.

First of all, EyeSouth.com has a website. Second, try to invest in DNAcademy where you will understand everything in domain investing and why I invested $348 in this domain name which later sold for thousands of dollars.

Oh it had a website, thanks. Again congratulations. As far as "understanding domain investing" as far as I'm concerned, this whole thing in my opinion is an insane asylum where a lot of the transactions in my opinion, don't happen. I would have understood your sale if it was stated it came with a website. Anyway. congratulations.

No it did not came with a website. It was sold as a domain name only that is now used by a developed website.

Thanks. Then I don't get it at all. People spend big bucks for insanity and are too cheap & stupid to spend a few thousand on really good domains.
