I don't know about this thread but I had a sale last month:

Domain name: OutBid.io

Sale venue: Private (inbound)
Listing type: none
Listing upgrades: none
Seller: Me
Asking price: $4,500
Sale price: $2,555
Purchase venue: NameCheap
Purchase price: ~$33 in Feb
Details: Buyer contacted me here at NP and after a quick negotiation, we reached a deal. It was in fact my 3rd sale after miserable failure of first two at Flippa. Later, I decided not to auction at Flippa/Sedo and started my own portfolio and now receiving regular 10x better offers. Thank you NP :)

Flippa is a place to lose your $9 unless you have a good technology related domain.Good listed domains sometimes bring as low as 1 views per day.IMHO

some sales of the last 3-4 weeks

H
///U///M///A///X///A.com
Sale venue: inbound
Seller: Myself
Sale price: $2500
Details: Inbound inquiry of how much. Initially had quoted a very high price which I believe it is really worth. Buyer felt it was way too much for their budget. 1-2 weeks later I followed up, got a response of $1500. Negotiated over 1.5 weeks, sold for $2500. I genuinely believe it might've been worth 3-5 times that, but since I bought it 1 year ago at reg fee, decided to seal the deal and move on.

D//o//c//u//F//i//t.com

Details: Bought the name about 2-3 weeks ago, sent some emails, no answer. A few days later, follow-up email, no answer. A few days later final follow-up and got an answer how much. Quoted $899, closed at $800. At most I do 3 follow-ups but a few days to a week apart and make sure they can benefit from the name). Reg fee.
