Good luck with your sales!

I would say it was a fair price for both parties. The reasons are below :
1) Marketing is an outbound business mainly. People market products to people who dont know about it. Inbound handling is not a marketing activity. Its either an inside sales role or a customer support role sometimes!
2) The name looks cool, which makes it worth something. If it didnt sound nice, I would say it was an overpriced sale!

My 2 cents on the brandables thing overall. The name should sound nice, has zero relevance to anything negative and on top of all should make some sense! Your name was a word+suffix , and was sold mainly coz it sounded cool! buy 3 better names for the money you got and you will be better off! What is sold is gone and we march forward :) Enjoy the money!

Hubspot is one of the biggest online marketing companies, and their national conference (and the certification they offer through their site) is called "Inbound."

Inbound marketing is a huge thing. I think OP got a nice sale - "365" added on to any old keyword would be a bit of a gamble, but it made for a nice sounding name.

It is about eggs and baskets. I am now trying many types of baskets a) to improve sales; b) to improve my knowledge.
Wise insight...

Yes but not for that price. Was my lowest quality name and took advantage of the opportunity to sell.

Cheers
