FunnyTweeters.com
Price: $150 [Wire Transfer in bank account]
Sale Date: 29/01/2016
Originally bought the domain for me but found out just last month that there was a singular version of the same name. Hence didn't ask for more as it felt slightly unethical. The buyer was also ready to wire transfer immediately which helped because I had my Visa bill to pay and also I didn't have to pay any commissions. ;):$:

PS: This is my FIRST sale. Namepros has been a huge inspiration.

Nice flip! What do you feel would have been unethical? And why?

It was on premium. Not sure how long I had it on Godaddy must be around 3-4 months.

Good sale.

B-)

Thank You Very Much @rh2000.

Hi @NamesMax,

Thank you for your kind words. The only thing that I felt was unethical was selling a Plural domain to a Singular Domain owner. Somehow it shows that I regged it in bad faith. Although I regged the plural version because it makes more sense and I was regging it for me but I only found out last month that there was a singular version of the same name, so I decided to sell it.

It's only bad faith if you knew beforehand and exercised a bad intention... I think.. I am not a lawyer. But I play one on NamePros.

I read today on CNN about 18 year old kid "playing" a Doctor. He actually had office, employees and did actual physical on an undercover police officer )) It turns out, you can play a doctor in Florida, as long as you don't do physicals ))

I don't think I agree with you that it was, or could be, bad faith, but I honor the fact that you followed your personal integrity in making your decision. Hat's off to you!

Chances of selling plural to singular owner are very slim in most cases, so if it was done in "bad faith" it was not well calculated and good for you that you managed the sale ) But don't count on for most part.
