Sold AstralFreight((com)) for $200 through Undeveloped Make Offer.
Bought for $17 on GD Expired Auctions on 16.10.18.
I forgot that this domain even existed, I won the auction and didn't list it anywhere and I only have 34 domains ( How do you handle hundreds and thousands of domains?? )
I went through my domains 3 days ago and found it, listed it everywhere and sent an email to a company that might be interested in the domain.
Yesterday I received an offer of $100. asked for $550. we agreed on $200 after the buyer said that his father forgot to renew it and it's a domain of a struggling small company of his, and politely asked me to sell him for a reasonable price. so I agreed.
Later I found out I can check the buyer's IP through Undeveloped and found out he lives at the same place as the said company.
If I knew for 100% it was the said company I would've stick to $550. I really hope what the buyer said was real and it's not it.
Anyway, great ROI for a domain I forgot about.
and it's the 4th sale of mine in the past 1.5months. Relatively new to domaining ( 8 months )
all these little girls
that don't have my domains for a school project
as their father assured me ...
as I simply didn't believe that story
Sold Decentralized/Exchange/io for $300
Marketplace: GD Auctions
This is my 2nd sale on GD Auction. Only interesting thing about this sale is that I had let the domain drop and the sale came out of nowhere. It was already past 45 days after expiration, so after doing some math and consulting with a few guys here that I usually run to whenever I have a question I decided to redeem it and complete the sale. Lessened the ROI but still profitable. I have a feeling it was snapped up by a fellow domainer.
I regged this back in 2018 just a few months after I started domaining for $48. (Didn't know there are cheaper registrars then ).

Congratulations on this sale. As I was reading it , I was like , Hey wait a second. I remembered getting a price request for my Decentralized.Loans name . I got back into old emails and sure enough , the request for price was March 10th (right before they bought your name)
The bad thing is that it had like 4 days left before it expired so I raced to renew it at right around $100..... LOL oh this domaining game.....

I have two unusual sales this month.
Both were submitted to SH as unregistered domain names and were approved as premium.
So i paid $0, since they registered them.
Sold them via wholesale SH marketplace $50 each. Buyer seems to be on Namepros
Hold time: few days for both domains
