Thank you. It was $3,500. If it was $35,000, I'd be on vacation already! :D Just updating the prices, so I set them all to 35k for the time being.

That is a nice flip within a month. I would sell 1000 or those each month if I could lol..
I can relate to you how the buyers drag out the payments for as long as they can. It gets annoying and sometime frustrating, especially if it is more than 2-3 weeks after accepting to buy the domain.

A c n e C l e a r (.) com for $1500 @ Afternic. Bought it for $100 in March. Inbound lead.

H e a l t h y V i d a (.) com for $750 @ Afternic. Hand registered in May, 2015. Inbound lead.

Z e n J e w e l s (.) com for $500 @ GoDaddy. Bought in GD closeouts in February. Did email outreach.

I just started using Afternic recently, and have listed about 250 names with them as โ€œmake offerโ€. To my surprise, just listing them there generates lots of leads from their "standard network". I've been getting lots of "price requests" from Afternic in the last few weeks (thatโ€™s how the two Afternic sales above came about), even though I didn't point the domains to Afternic landing pages.

Sold TAAS.com = Mid $X,XXX

Received 3 serious email in 24 hours (2 Weeks Ago). Negotiated little here and there. Learned so many things. Could have stick to my initial asking price close to low $XX,XXX but Mid $X,XXX is also good. Still learning the art of negotiation. Sold to End User. Hopefully within few months we may see nice good running website for Startup company on TAAS.com.

Congrats @TERADOMAIN

It reminded me of SAAS (Software as a Service) so I Googled TAAS.. It looks like there is something called Testing as a Service that Oracle (among others?) is involved in.

Yep, good call! It's a new industry that's projected to be a trillion dollar industry. Mid $x,xxx is a steal.

Buyer was interested because he was looking for anything end with AAS in 4L.com. Only 26 such possibilities. It is also Registered Service Mark for certain company so I did not parked with any parking service which display advertisement. I parked with Flippa plain offer page. But I received email directly to my Whois email address.
  • Quad Premium meaningful CVVC Pattern
  • Only 17 Such Names possible in Quad Premium 4L.com ending with AAS (AS A SERVICE).
  • 1156 Such combination possible in Quad Premium 4L.com CVVC pattern
  • 135,300 Broad Monthly Search.
  • 3500+ Exact Monthly Search
  • TAAS = TESTING AS A SERVICE / TECHNOLOGY AS A SERVICE
  • This is also very good name for End user in India because Taas/Tash means "Playing Cards" in Hindi.

Recent sales:

SteelCube.com: $150 (on sedo)
LeadsPage: $595 (on sedo)
ExpressDialup.com: $4,000 (never advertised)
TripleAdvantage.com: $12,000 (never advertised)
I would have bought leadspage if it was a .com for even more than that price. That is definitely a premium domain name since you could easily start a marketing company to help others gather leads or engage with their current leads.

Thanks,

My last sale:

Myzc.com $40
DownMovies.com $15
To find a 4 letter domain name under a $100 is quite an accomplishment.

I would hold onto that one.
