I recently started getting some action with my marijuana and cannabis related domain names. I sold weedpix .com, vapecannabisoil .com for low 200's each and delawaredispensary .com for 99. I think there is only more room for the value to rise as Canada is about to legalize the product within the short future.

Details: Wondering why the asking price was $499 but sale price was $550? me too.

In the initial email, I let the buyer knew that for a "one-time fee of 499 USD", he can buy the domain. Just a few minutes later he replied: "How can I buy it" and immediately sent an offer of $550 through the Bodis landing page. Now if the buyer is willing to pay more than the asking price, I'll happily oblige.

My reply: "I just received your inquiry from the domain name landing page with an offer of USD $550. That's a good offer and I will happily accept it"

I also let the buyer know that he can pay via PayPal and Escrow and also gave a brief explanation about Escrow and it's benefits. Buyer wanted to use GoDaddy but I refused because of the 20% commission. Instead I closed the deal through NameSilo marketplace, 7.5% commission but transfer to NameSilo is required before you can list your domain there.
