So, I had a lead come in back in July for a domain, C/l/a/r/e/n/c/e/p/l/a/c/e(.com) that I was unable to close the deal with or even got a response back after they initally reached out.

Luckily, I keep all old leads on Uni just for follow up, because it doesn't hurt to give it a try for a broker to follow up with.

And last Monday, it closed at $1,300. Unexpected, but a nice surprise.

TLDR:
Bought domain for $10 at a Dropcatch expiry auction back in January.
Had a lead that I couldn't get a hold of in June.
Uni picked up the old lead.
Closed at $1300, received $1054.

This was a nice surprise as I would have let the domain expire in November. Based on @twiki 's post I changed the prices of my expiring .co domains on Afternic (thank you Twiki! ) $199 is truly the definite winner The name was a handreg for $2.99, and holding time was 11.5 months.
