hi , recently my email was hacked and someone reset the password of my account domainmonster.com and he had access to my account and requested the deletion of 2 domains recently renewed.
Worst of all is that they did not request any document or confirmation both domains were deleted from my account.
a few hours I noticed that some domains were down .. immediately check the whois and state are PendingDelete "restorable"
contacted domainmonster support but are novices do not know that answer only indicate someone access my account and requested the deletion of my domains ....
I requested the restoration of both domains even paying something extra but do not respond only indicate that I have to wait
anyone know how to recover .co domains in PendingDelete "restorable" status.
