Pending Delete Restorable

I backordred a '.info' domain that expired 28th of september (yesterday). The domain's status still says "PENDING DELETE RESTORABLE" though. So when will i be able to register it? and can the owner renew the domain now?

"Pending Delete - Restorable" is the org/info/biz equal of "Redemption Period"
for com/net domain names. In this state, only the last sponsoring registrar
can get it back for its last registered owner for a higher fee.

The domain name will be released for re-registration 36 days after its last
updated date at the registry. But you can use the tool below to get a rough
estimate when that'll happen:

By the way, it's actually 35 days after its last updated date. But it'll be free
on its "36th" day.
