Rebel.com blocked my domain panel

My domains on AutoRenew OFF And I do not have any expired domain, but Rebel try and want to bill payment for my non expire domains with AutoRenew OFF! Today they blocked my domain panel with reason:
update your credit card information to continue your services.
Any outstanding balance on your account will be charged to your updated credit card.
They still try to charge for domains with auto renew OFF, my domains will expire after 1-2 month.
i can not to manage my domains! Are they right to do so?

All ok! They support work fast and already replied, no problems now.
Note: The domains will always renew 43 days before the expiry. If there are ones you do not want please let them know and they will disable it for the unwanted domains.
