Due to being heavily spammed by nj to the point of one or two spam emails a day which for months I never used to read enough was enough - I asked nj to stop sending these spam emails they are unwanted unrequested not wanted so please delete my email address from their marketing dept
I originally opened an account with nj but never used it and had no need for it but only went back to their site which I had forgot login details to which was even more frustrating having to communicate with a company I did not want to communicate with due to being pestered by their continuous spam emails just to be able to tell them please stop sending those unwanted never wanted emails
So after wasting considerable amounts of time trying to remember login details to an account I wanted to close and nj actually getting round to deleting my account I thought AT LAST nj have finally deleted my account HOORAY the unwanted emails will finally stop - yippee
But no - their marketing department still keep sending me emails so I emailed them AGAIN to ask nj marketing dept to remove my email address from their records so that I don't get any more nj spam emails
You'd think they would have deleted my email address?
as if lol I am still getting spam emails from nj - one earlier in the week and another one today
Surely they know how to stop sending emails to people who point blank do not wish to receive their spam emails?
What part of do not send me any more of your emails is difficult to understand?

It has taken nearly 6 months this to get a company to stop spamming me and still they spam me
When a person has to request a company to delete their account because they are being pestered by the company something is seriously wrong
This matter could so easily been resolved by upon request no further emails were sent
