I have seen some numbers posted before, but can't find them now, and i'm not sure if they were accurate anyway. Is there a rule of thumb that suggests a sales price, based on the parking revenue? I have a domain that has an inquiry, for the name quality, but it may be worth more as a parked name. It currently generates about $3/day in revenue from approximately 50 visits.

Another question on a different domain. I have a domain that sees about 175 visitors a day, but doesn't have any revenue. Is there a rule of thumb to capture the value of the traffic alone?

Traffic domains are usually worth 12-36 months of revenue.

I would try using Zeroclick on the domain that generates 175 visitors a day. You can try redirect.com or bodis.com
