Pool.com Time from winning to ownership

I won a domain on Pool.com on the 20th and haven't received registrar information yet. In the past I've received it sooner than this, and I email Pool a few hours ago. Anyone experience a delay greater than the 24 hours listed in their FAQ?

Cool. The paranoid in me gets anxious then worries about someone there stealing my new name.

I have, and it's not there. Starting to get more concerned, it's a good name.

Contact them via support. They've always gotten back to me in less than 24 hours.

Going on 3 days since I've won the domain and still not in my namescout account. Now at almost 30 hours since I contacted Pool.com support with no response.

Finally in my account....that took longer than normal with them, and when it's a good name you want to see it there to make sure it's yours.
