Hi,
Never had any success with pool.com backorders but today they caught one domain for me.
I've got an e-mail from them (text is below). Is it normal for Pool?

I ve used pool as well but never asked to sent suc details, in fact if they ever do I doubt sending them anything because they are sensitive personal information.
