Pending delete at pool and Snapnames but not Namejet?

a domain shows as pending delete at both pool.com and snapnames, but at namejet it does not show up at all. What could cause this?

Perhaps the domain name listings haven't been updated yet.
When is the domain scheduled to drop ?
The domain would normally be listed when it enters pending-delete status, that is 5 days before drop date.

actually it turned out to be a temporary problem with their site - any domain I searched returned "no domains found" - it is working again now, but it caused me to not be able to backorder a domain that was dropping.
