pr is what google determined on how popular your site is.

Also dont get fooled by those pagerank tools that try to tell you what your sites pagerank is, no one knows exactly...

Well if post the domain i think otherws can tell how it happened it must be a expired domain and if u cant see any backlinks now it will loose its page rank in next PR update.
