They removed the "push" function. I have to wait for my domains to clear 60 days so I can transfer them out. pfftt!
Hello!

I had the same problem (at MyDomain) when I was triyng to push a domain to another MyDomain account (before the end of the 60 days, because pushing has no lock time) and I created a support ticket. They replied that there was a technical issue. So they removed the domain from my account and asked me to contact the buyer so that he woul add the domain to his account.

Well...
First I had a hard time trying to chat with support and I gave up, because the chat server would never "start" for me... Then I tried to find where to open a support ticket and that wasn't easy because it seemed like the page where I could do that kept frowarding me to another page where opening a support ticket was not an option. But after a few tries I got to register a support ticket and they replied really quick. After that I let the buyer know about their reply and he never contacted me again. Below is the reply MyDomain sent me:

Hello Ruben,

Thank you for contacting us.

I apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced regarding this issue. Due to an error, you were not received an option to move the domain name '********.com' to your client account '*******'. I have now removed the domain name from your account '***********'. I suggest please inform your client to add thedomain name to their account.

To learn more about adding the domain name to an account, your client can refer our knowledgebase articles at:http://www.mydomain.com/knowledgebase/beta/article.bml?ArticleID=783 .

I know. I just don't like that they remove the "push" function. I am now basically just waiting for 60 days period to be over then I'll transfer my domains to other registrar. I don't need complications.

I have no idea. Their support is not helping either. I guess I just have to avoid them as much as I can in the future.

Can't get enough of it ever =P

During the last promo I couldn't find a single decent domain to register. Possibly a blessing in disguise.

Those guys made me lost $200 deal this year due to their horrible system. I would advice anyone not to put any domain they intend to sell there. It is not worth it.
