Nameservers Changed Issues on Sav.com

My nameservers for all domains have been changed to ns1.all-harmless.domains and ns2.all-harmless.domains, and I am unable to change the DNS again. What could be the issue?

Also, a friend of mine is facing the same problem with over 600 domains. What's going on with sav.com?

Ok I finally got ahold of SAV support here is the response:
"For all the domains that changed to ns1.all-harmless, they received abuse reports and our system was forced to change the NS.
We understand that this situation can be concerning. We have also escalated from our end to check further with our Dev Team.
We kindly suggest reaching out to [email protected] or [email protected] for detailed information about the abuse report and to understand the necessary steps to address the issue for the time being. They will respond within 2-3 business days. It's important to understand that our safety team operates from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm CST."

Of course, I am livid as one of the domains is a host for one of my servers. 2-3 days is unacceptable.

Sav.com has suspended my 83 domains and said this is the final decision, even though not a single domain has been reported for abuse. One domain was registered just a few hours ago through auto action, and they put it on the abuse list too. These people are strange.

I pulled a reverse NS search but could only pull 10,000 from DomainIQ out of what looks to be around 39,000.

The attached domainIQ report is most all .best domains. ($0.99 regs at Sav) Not sure what the other 29,000 would be.

I cant add my csv file here of domains that have been suspended. Some of them are just recently purchased. Sav support is not helping at all. I have forwarded the case to ICANN and waiting for their reply.

I have tried transferring the domains, but the domain transfer won't work. I have talked to the support and this is their reply

"I'm sorry, but it is not possible to transfer domains that are currently under investigation for abuse reports."

I'm confused why are 3 or so newbies suddenly out of blue posting they had 10s or 100s domains marked as abuse and sav accounts suspended while everyone else is just same old nothing
