My nameservers for all domains have been changed to ns1.all-harmless.domains and ns2.all-harmless.domains, and I am unable to change the DNS again. What could be the issue?

Also, a friend of mine is facing the same problem with over 600 domains. What's going on with sav.com?

OP, where are you located? Most of the affected customers fuming on Trustpilot are from Pakistan (also IN, CO; HK is mentioned on this thread).

It's a Saturday, trust me I do not want to be posting here, especially with such negative energy, and neither do I want to do so on Linkedin.

I am holding a hundred+ domains with Park.io (Yes, renewal is expensive), and hundreds with Dynadot, Godaddy, Namecheap, Namesilo, Porkbun

Never had a single issue with ANY of these companies above.

Can't speak highly enough about Dynadot etc...

This entire thing is isolated to SAV.com.

Just hoping now that my transfers are going to hit my Dynadot account as soon as possible, but this will become a growing issue for Sav.com, as this has cost me time and money without a reason given.

So in my own opinion, Yes I wouldn't in any shape or form keep domain names on a company such as SAV as this is clearly not the way to handle things.

Winning domains on "auction" than to be used for abuse/ or whatever that actually means just does not add up, putting my own company name and name on these domains without privacy on the whois to go out of my way yet again abuse.

I have been doing this since I was 16 years old, you would surely think I wouldn't be stupid enough to leave my details open and wide and post the full portfolio on my LinkedIn under my own personal name.

^^

The choice is yours, there is also a big chance you will never face a single issue at all, not here to make a judgement for others whatever is being posted are just the facts, the full information and nothing else.

Seems we are replying to each other in two different topics.

Just also want to clarify a few things.

1. This has never happened in my life span on the internet, starting at the age of 16.

2. I hold more valuable names on SAV to abuse it to the point I lose 6 figures worth of domains.

3. IF and IF which I do not where to be abusing a domain it would not be under my name and no privacy protection on it.

4. I hold domains such as sued.com (Listed in Atom Ultimate Premium), Spying.com, Stopdrinking.com, The list goes on but 70% of my domains can be found in my signature.

5. I am posting it on Linkedin, on a Saturday it makes me look like a fool, I feel dumb but it has to get some attention as support isn't given it.

6. No connection whatsoever with other posters on here, mods can check (Currently traveling as well)

7. I can go on and on, why are my nameservers changing back. Why am I getting renewal notices while being completely suspended, end off. That's like pouring salt on the wounds they already provided.

8. My feedback score on here is positive ALWAYS.

ETC ETC

Firstly awaiting my domains as they are in transfer as they are still not in my Dynadot account.

I am still in talks, so I am certainly not done with this for a while but looks either way I am going to have to wait out the weekend.

I most certainly care as it's ridiculous what happened here.

I own the domain sued.com for a reason, of course, I am going to get a lawyer on this since I have also already mentioned to Sav that I am more than willing to cooperate with any law enforcement where it deems fit but I just can't figure out what could cause involvement of law enforcement which makes it a case of abuse reports on domains listed for sale.

I got no reply on that either.

At the moment there just isn't much to do except wait for transfers and reach out to a lawyer fit for a case like this within the USA, but also this is going to depend on how SAV reacts and acts based on the transfers going out.

Not going to spend XYZ and lose XYZ on a 1k transfer on lawyer fees, but il make sure people will be aware SAV can act like this.

Literally clueless without a proper lawyer, as I am not one, and based on their support there isn't much coming out of it. If in the time a domain were to be suspended, it would be added to my claim.

Might even consider getting domains appraised to build the case upon, and make the claim fair and square but I have been busy with this crap for too long now, feels like I am spamming the forum as well and this isn't my intention.

I just leave it at that, knowing my "name" and reputation, I don't see ANY kind of reason for reports unless there is a grudge held against me, a personal vendetta, who knows...

Might be missing a possible website that could be hacked but can't seem to find that either.

Without more information, I am just guessing in the dark, but now imagine 20 domains expiring in the span of this according to them complete block which is none reversible claims will be made according to domain appraisals done in the past, and several that would be conducted before court. (IF it even has to go that far, it's certainly not something I want to spend my time on).

I do find it rather funny that someone also mentioned in this Topic that Pakistan, HK, etc have these issues but SAV might have underestimated the person behind the HK company.

Truth be told, all of this is a complete waste of time and stress which could have been solved by isolating the situation to domains with the abuse instead of holding a complete portfolio hostage.

Anything and everything can happen on the Internet and me personally have spent multiple tens of thousands on the SAV auction place, I find it rather disrespectfully.

Yes my transfers are in progress, I still had access to my account.

Keep us posted when the domains are transferred out of Sav. It's weird that they haven't put a 'ClientHold' on the domains yet, which usually happens if a domain is disabled or suspended.

Ok, update for all. Yes, I am a newbie to this forum, but have been dealing with domains, hosting, and web development for over 25 years. Since getting almost all my domains locked in SAV citing some sort of abuse (which was vague), I decided to transfer my domains out considering one of the domains was the host for my nameservers on my server. It is unacceptable that they did not reach out to discuss, ask questions, and work to mitigate the supposed issues. I have had many domains with SAV for 4 years with no issues...until now. Interestingly enough, this morning, some of those affected domains were restored to their original nameservers once they saw I was transferring out. I am only posting to find a community with domain-related things, gain understanding, and help others to avoid potential "land mines". If you are having trouble with accessing your account, I highly recommend communicating through the 2 emails they sent you for safety and abuse.

And another person within a span of the past 24/48 hours. (Some people might still call these fake accounts)

Absolutely insane this, personally not going through the 2 emails they sent as I am no longer planning on communicating at this point, either it's sorted, and I am compensated for my time and transfers or legal action will be taken.

Anthos has been contacted directly, we tried the phone number which went to voice mail. There is a level on how far you can push things.

I still highly recommend on taking legal action none the less.

Same here, just waiting for them to go through.
I guess the ones that are initially UNLOCKED those domain can be transferred. But I have UNLOCKING a domain in SAV and tried transferring domain to other registrar .... the receiving registrar showing it is LOCKED .... you guys can share any light on this please.

Wait it out, it did the same last night but this morning it showed transferring. Keep trying as well, just to be sure.

Also I still have domains that aren't transferring.

For me personally, none were expired or close to expiring. They (SAV) simply went in and changed all the nameservers to their "secure nameservers and locked down the ability to change the NS. Rendering any hosted domains offline. It wasn't banned names per se, just sort of locked down from use. Transfers were no problem to initiate.

How many members do you need to be convinced?

This has zero to do with expired domains.

The up-side of Sav is that their system is built by a child which allows people to click on unlock enough until it actually happens.

I had domains on SAV that I let expire years ago. They were canceled and then re-registered by someone else on SAV. Despite this, they are still visible in my account with the old expiration date and I have full control over them, including changing nameservers, unlocking them, and viewing the authorization code. Essentially, I could transfer them elsewhere if I want. This is how secure their system is.

That's most certainly the ONLY reason some of us are still able to get our domain names out.

Hope they got some solid insurance on that.
