SAV.com can't change nameservers for more than 40 days!

I bought 2 domains on sav.com on 10/21/2025 and I contacted 3 times customer support to change NS.

The ui doesnt allow me to change, i press save on "Manage DNS Settings" and shows loading and nothing happens.

For 40 days they cant fix this. 3 support people.

I'm preparing an ICANN complaint. Any other suggestions to get this to work?

Support says: "cant fix since 40 days. No due date to fix it." other times "Thank you for your patience. This issue has been resolved. Both domains are now configured to use celeste.ns.cloudflare.com and chris.ns.cloudflare.com. Please allow up to 24 hours for the propagation process to complete. We appreciate your patience and once again apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you." - but never works

How the hell can this happen?

Occured many times but worked on 2nd or 3rd try.

Have you tried a different browser to check if it works?

I changed like 20 time dns in 5yr. worked each time.

u just need to remember zero expired names are tagged.

else all fails and they never say why
