I have sent email to ND a while ago asking for help with this but no response as yet (Ed I know you are very busy...this is not a knock) so maybe someone here can tell me what it means.

I have a name KiaMail.com parked at ND. So far in October it shows..
19 views....no Clicks.....No revenue.

I know I am not the smartest turnip on the truck so can someone tell me what these numbers indicate/mean.

When I look in Settings (at the bottom)...
Is it showing 200 + hits(in Settings)....but only shows 19 views....not sure how this works as it is a Parked Page.
Am I doing something wrong with the keyword (kia)?
What is the difference between Hits and Views....I thought on a parked page there was only one place to go so I assumed they would be the same.

HI.

On the clicks in the settings: These are all search words from all the visitors you ever had since you started parking that name at ND.

On ther keyword: I would actually go for a broader keyword like commerical vehicles or kia cars. It also looks as if you have a lot of Dutch traffic. Go to the parking settings page and look up the page for the Netherlands and see what it shows. Fiddle a little with the keyword from your europe settings.

Another way to find out traffic is to put a search box on the page. (THis is ain the templates). Then when people type in you know what they are looking for.

I dont know whether there is a difference between hits and views.

I hope that helps a little.

You just need to try and optimize on a regular basis and you should make the most of the parking. :hehe:

Namedrive has a decent CTR for most domains I have parked there - but they pay very little. As a test, take some of your average performers and throw a little content on it: article(s), rss feed, two or three well-blended adsense blocks and do some basic "on site" SEO and see what happens. I think you may be pleasantly surprised :blink:
