Question about Google indexing and deindexing parked pages

Hello To everyone! I have a question. I had 1 domain which I developed with somekind of wordpress and I was ranking pretty high on google. Than after building strong backlinks, Ive decided to park it. After few days, when typing the exact address in google gave no results and no hits, just the pages in searches which are similar. Case 2. Ive had a Typo domain of domain high ranking on Alexa, it has been parked for all the time. When I write in google serach the exact address, the system will give me 1. hit on my parked domain. my question is, what are the factors which determine, whether the domain will be indexed by google or not? I doubt anyone really knows.that is what makes it tricky they can do whatever they want for any reason at any time.who are you going to complain to?frequently "the rules' do not seem to apply like your example of the higher quality former blog being disapeared.It can be part of a update or it can be manually done targeting a company- individual or place of page hosting.It can be something that was overlooked and go on for years then caught later or maybe not caught..This is reason internet businesses/domains sell at low multiples of proved earning because there is no confidence that things wont change suddenly and eliminate or reduce revenue .
