If you're thinking of going with name.com, think again. Their support is absolutely non-existent, literally. I have a pending domain transfer that I have been emailing them about for 3 weeks and not 1 reply on status. They're great if you want to be on your own and don't need support. But if you do need support, you have a better chance of finding bigfoot than of getting a hold of them.

That hasn't been my experience with Name.com. In my case they've always been fairly responsive during office hours (fairly= 2-24hrs).

How many domains do you have there? I've had an issue or two there as well.

they've always been timely with their responses, but one time, my case was handled by so many different staff members that none of them understood my problem and it took quite a while to get it handled properly.

I have about 300-400 domains there. I only usually need support if something goes array.

RegisterFly was similar to me except when they did reply, I always got a non-native English speaker who never understood a word I said.

No problems with Name.com. Problems with eNom and GoDaddy but not Name.
