Help! Anyone here at Name.com?

I have a few domains registered at name.com and today I got this email:

Subject: Name.com - Contact Bulk Update Complete
xxxxx.com: fail (0)
xxxxx.com: fail (0)
xxxxx.com: fail (0)

If I log in to their site all my domains are gone. I think it's a glitch in their system because the whois shows my contact info. I tried to call and sent them an e-mail but they're not responding.

Can anyone verify if it's only me or did their system crash?

I've a couple of names there, haven't seen anything like what you are talking about. I'd contact their support if I were you.

I've always gotten responses from their support although it usually takes 24 hours, try calling.
