My Frustrating Experience with Namejet

My experience with Namejet has been an annoying and frustrating one. Some months back I submitted some names for auctioning. I got a reply with a list of the approved names and I was asked to provide some details and a signed listing agreement.

The details were sent June 20th 2019, there was no form of acknowledgment. I logged several complaint tickets and calls to their help desk with several promises that business services will reach out. They finally reached out after 3weeks stating that the auction schedule will be provided shortly and asked that my Enom account be confirmed with a reply with the email tied to that account. That has been done and still no reply. Its over 3weeks now.

Client service sucks, why ignore mails? It better to acknowledge mails and apologize if you couldn't do as promised than to Ignore them. A simple question of how long it takes for name to be submitted to auction hasn't been answered not to mention when the schedule will be out

I had delay in processing names for auction. They later explained they had a huge backlog and also processing Namescon Europe.

I am trying to access Namejet support page, but I can't just open login page again and again.
This started after their scheduled maintenance. But I was unable to log in since then from my smartphone, I tried using my laptop today and it was successful.

Still no success from a mobile or even laptop :(
