My First Domain Sale on Spaceship — Should We Boycott Afternic?

My first domain sale on Spaceship — impressions:
Pros:

1. The commission is only 5%, which is great.
2. Payments can be received in Bitcoin.
3. Communication with support was smooth.

Cons:

1. No support for USDT.
2. You can’t set a payout address directly — you have to provide it via chat.

Also, I’ve been waiting for Spaceship to add a bulk LTO setup feature.
What’s ironic is that DAN had all of this years ago, but GoDaddy killed the best domain marketplace product ever made and forced us to use the overpriced, trash-tier Afternic instead. I’m sure I’m not the only one who’s felt their arrogance.


So I’m starting to think — should we encourage more people to boycott Afternic to pressure them into providing a better user experience?


Possible boycott methods:

1. Refuse to use Afternic for DNS.
2. Keep Afternic DNS, but if you receive an inquiry through them, raise the Afternic price or delist the domain, and redirect it to another platform.
