Got my first sale but having issues with Afternic

yesterday i got an email that my domain was sold on afternic. As the domain was registered on jan 3 it's still in 60 days lock. I emailed afternic about this issue, but i haven't got any response yet๐Ÿ˜Œ(i emailed them about 10 hrs ago) i need your suggestion guys, what should i do? how much time they take to response?

If Iโ€™m not mistaken, you can still transfer the domain to the buyer, but the buyer will have to make an account with the registrar you purchased the domain with.

In other words, the domain is in a 60 registrar lock, meaning you cannot transfer the domain to a different registrar. You can however transfer it to a different account with the same registrar.

Ok thank you๐Ÿค— but i have emailed afternic about the lock. I emailed them about 10 hrs ago but still no response from them. Do you know how much time do they take to respond?

i had similar situation a few months ago, they no longer support internal push and i should wait for the lock period over

Yes they will get back to you. Usually in 24 hours. If you sell a domain with a lock on it and the buyer cannot get the domain where they purchased it the team will typically contact the buyer and see if they are willing to wait to get the domain when the lock is removed.
