I have three .mobi's that I haven't done anything with and they're up for renewal. Should I hold on to them, list to sedo, or let them fall to the wayside?

If your goal is resale I have to agree with Keith. Even as a .mobi enthusiast I wouldn't want to pay an annual reg fee for these names. Focus on better quality names.
