$MS To Lose Windows TM Rights?

This may be good news for anyone with a windows related doamin name.

The long battle in the courts over Microsoft's trademark claim on 'windows' is coming to a close and it's not looking good for MS.

Should we go out now and try to collect a few 'windows' domains?

Very interesting story, thanks for the link.

I don't think collecting "windows" domains is a good idea. This will likely drag on and even if the court rules against M$, they will certainly appeal.
