Having just posted twice (web hosting offers), the first time not noticing that the message after posting the thread said "until a moderator has approved this thread" etc etc, and now the second time reading it, I had thought I made an error whilst posting which prevented it from being seen.
My suggestion is to remove the automatic redirect, and have it show the message, so people can read it. Obviously a button for "continue" wouldn't go amiss though.
