Looking for advice on an offer I received

I received my first offer this morning via email.
The domain is womensclothing.in.

The email states plz let us know your price.
We can transact via escrow.

Estibot give this domain I value of $1300
I know estibot appraisels can be too high or
low. My question is should I respond with
and offer of say $2000, this domain does have
a huge potential if developed.

$2000 sounds good for a start (unless it's an appraisal scam - if they ask for a paid domain appraisal, it's a scam). Be prepared to negotiate.

i don't think this name is honestly worth $2000, but that doesn't mean you couldn't sell for that.

i would ask for $300-$1000.

You don't want to scare them away so I would ask for their offer and then counter with a much higher price along with why you think its worth that much. Check out dnsalesprices.com as well.

Thanks for the replies, I started with $2,000, and received a reply that it's too high for our budget. I replied back stating I am open to offers, and have not heard anything back. Will wait and see
