It's an interesting concept, but two major problems I see -

1.) Lack of quality inventory.

There are only so many investment quality domains, and most domains being offered are low quality. Just look on NamePros.

2.) The cost to offer domains for sale.

I appreciate trying to limit what is essentially spamming low quality domains, but I don't see many sellers paying to offer domains for sale.

I am an active buyer who used to post many WTB threads on NamePros, but quit for a number of reasons.

I think you will have a hard time finding people with quality domains, never mind ones that will pay to offer them for sale.

BTW are you familiar with atom.com (ex squadhelp)? They have this thing where "buyers post requests and 'creatives' propose domains tailored to that brief". As far as I remember, it was also free (though cumbersome) to add one's domains and propose them in the process - maybe that changed, I don't know, I stopped using that platform a couple of years ago due to lack of sales.

KYC is two directional. If you want information from me, I need to know who I am dealing with.

People are buying a domain, not applying for a mortgage.

Sending a POF, to some random 3rd party, is demanding way too much.

Using a term like "escrow" comes with legal, regulatory, and licensing requirements. So, you might want to be careful with that.
