Looking for a registrar...

Okay, I need to reg a .tv domain, standard reg fee, and I wish to use my paypal funds. Namecheap charges in the forties for .tv, much too expensive. .tv is not appearing as an option any more at godaddy. Any suggestions?

I've registered a couple .tv's at iDotz.net in the past. I think they're back up t $34.95 now but they do specials where they are $29.95 sometimes. Perhaps you can catch one of those.

.tv came back up at godaddy, after a one day absense, not sure what caused it, but I've heard from a couple different sources that tried to regster a .tv there too..... point is I was able to register at godaddy and use my paypal account.

I didn't see where moniker accepts paypal, so I did not use them in this case. I do intend on using them in the future, though, and have already signed up there - good job equity!

Interestingly enough, the domain I was interested in, www.haircut.tv , showed as 'not available' at godaddy, but I was able to register it manually through the help of a godady customer service guy.

So, keep in mind when searching at godaddy - just because it says it is not available, it is not necessarily true. This is the second time with .tv that I have had to have them manually reg a domain I know is available that they were showing as unavailable.

www.Whiz.in accepts Paypal, and has .tv's for $24.99. Small Paypal transaction fee. TK (Whiz.in) is a member here. Nothing but excellent service for me.
