im thinking or registering a .mobi i saw available its short and usable i think
there is a dot com of the name the dot com is the name of a thing like commonly used for eaxmple piecharts.com or spoons.com (no idea whats on these sites) so if i register it is that trademark issues, like can you trademark something common like "books"
also the singular of this name .mobi is taken
would that make it a good investment
where is a good place to reg, godaddy is 14.99 with 2 year min

no you can't trademark generic terms like "books" or "drinks", and in most cases trademark issues come down to usage of the domain unless it is an obvious violation such as cocacoladrinks or pepsicoladrinks
