.mobi .mobi name with a 1.3 million overture

I found a name for a dot mobi site that has an overture of over 1.3 million but the name is 21 letters long. Would you purchase a .mobi name that is so long?

I wouldn't.. brevity is important when typing on a numeric or tiny mobile keypad IMO. Then again, I'm sitting the .mobi craze out.. I don't think it will fully supplant the WAP emulated .com sites.

I do not think its a good idea to mix OVT and .mobi

OVT relates to searches for regular sites not for .mobi and then major search engines may not return that particular .mobi for a regular search. Waste of money, imo.

I think anything above 6 - 8 Characters makes no sense under .mobi.
Further, I would say it makes no sense at all to register names that are not directly related with cellular phones. Imho 95 % of all registered .mobi domains will not sold be at the time of expiry in two years.

I've seen plenty of useless TLD's, but .mobi beats them all. Should .mobi be a success, it will only be due to the great names and capital behind it. Actually even they have proven they can make mistakes, and I would say this is one of them.

Sorry, if that is not what you want to hear, but it is my honest opinion.

Well done, I think those are the only ones that may have a chance.

I, for my self, decided to not take any at all.

Instead, I invested my money in .es domains.
I see more potential there.

I can see why you would select .es names. I just haven't gone there yet.

Actually, I should have started with .es earlier, only I didn't quite believe in this TLD at the beginning. It was only as I realized, that .es has the potential to become the most important TLD for all spanish speaking countries, that I decided to get on the .es boat.

I find there is real potential in .es!!!
