REQ-LOGO Logo needed for news/reviews website

I am in need of a new logo for www.theblazon.com.

Currently, the logo is my own work which I do not like at all - I quite like the icon, but not the text.

I'm looking for someone to make me a new logo (up to you whether or not you continue using the 'power' icon) using that colour of pink as the main colour.

If you have any questions, please let me know.

The reward is $40 to the person who completes the best logo.

Contest ends on 19 December 2014.

Thanks for the submission - I really like it, but remember the header area on the website is dark grey, so the "The" text wouldn't show well.

Hi Sobi, I remember you from FP! Do you remember me? Went by the names Flux and Jamie (current).

Anyway, I've added an end date to the OP - not too strict though.

it says on the contest rules not more than 10days..

as written by our admin:

"All Contests Must Have An End Date
All contest held within the DC Forums MUST have an end date. This CAN NOT be longer than 10 days. It is VERY unlikely, if it is a thought out contest, that you will not find a good design here in NP over that period of time. To maximize the response, we would suggest you post the contest with a longer, rather than shorter, time frame. This gives the designers ample time to put together quality entries."
