Thank you everybody for the participation in the contest. Here is my feedback. Please keep them coming.

@AminKhatri, font and blue colour versions are ok but the image is not conveying the message.

@logoesdesign, there is a lot of room for improvement in the compass/pointing metaphor.

@Sobi, (top) The needle in the compass is ok but the stripes don’t convey anything. (bottom) The use of T and N is excessive in the image.

@jtoms, N and T have been used cleverly. Try some other fonts and colours please.
