Logo adjustment in Photoshop

Hi,

I have a photo image of a logo that I want to use on a website. See attached screen shot. Would it be possible to skew and transform this logo so that it is a proper circular shape and not like an ellipse. Or am I better off starting from scratch and re-creating the logo in Photoshop or Illustrator?

It is possible (see attached image), however recreating it in vectors (Illustrator) would be a good idea - you'd have a scalable logo for every use you can think of.

I agree Varelse. Whenever there is no photographic type colors in logo, you better go for Vector Shapes.
