advice LLLL.com - 20 years 4L domain I need help

Hi guys,
I have a nice pronounceable domain 4L.com, Godaddy appraisal 10k.

I have been renewing it for 20 years and in 20 years I have received 40/50 offers around 2k (from $ 500 to $3.5K).

I think it's worth 20k but as soon as I send the counter offer at 20k people disappear.

What do you advise me to do? Also today I got an offer from someone in the UK for 1.5k

It Al depends on what the 4 letters are. LLLL domains vary wildly in value. Feel free to dm me or any of the other reputable members here the name for more advice or start an appraisal thread hear to hear other members opinions. Without knowing the actual name it's hard to say your best approach.
