I Want it ALL. Landing pages with revenue, no commission, low or no monthly fee. control. txt records

So i'm trying to see if there are some other services i am unaware of out there. It seems to me every solution has holes.

I want to control and handle my own leads and not pay a commission for direct navigation inquiries.

And I want to monetize whatever traffic i do get.

I also need to sell names on third party marketplaces so I need to add txt records to names.

And in many cases i want an "artist rendering" of what the natural website would look like for the stated domain name.

And I want some control and not have to fit into someone elses thoughts on what should be on the page.

And if i find a good affiliate deal to promote, i want to put it on all my webpages with one click.

Plus i want my pages SSL and index on search engines. I dont need a promise of great SEO, just dont "not exist" and i dont want to advertise to the search engines im a parked page.

Anyone have something that comes close.

Thanks for the look and help me evaluate if you can.

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
@Page Howe

Here is an idea! Invest $xxx, xxx+ to create such service for everyone and offer it for free.

Technically yes but given the browser will display a very overt error about it not being a trusted CA the average internet user would perceive it as less secure. Heck they probably wouldn't know what that's means and think the website's been hacked or something.

Lol, yeah that would definitely be the case :)

Anybody here 'old' enough to remember/have been using Cacert? Now that was fun :)

I have raised this question a long time ago. But now I have agreed with them and have a mature view. We must open our name, we are the owners, we need the trading market, we need professional marketers, we need to let more people join the industry, which is profitable for everyone.IMO
And i use dan.com

Then you should build your own. Personally I'd use PHP to dynamically generate the HTML for each domain. You can pull in the domain name, a custom description from a database, ect. And add Google Ad Sense for parking revenue. You can find an inexpensive hosting option for under $10 per month to build it on. And if you dont have the skills to build it yourself pay a one time fee to hire a developer.

I am trying to do something like this on DailyDeal dot com. Take a look at Cheapiest dot com. In fact it's the same site as DailyDeal dot com.

By using php includes, by changing the ads and links once, all the ads change on all my "bargain" domains.

I 301 into DailyDeal dot com to quickly take care of SSL. The idea is to build up DailyDeal dot com.

It takes about ten minutes to build a sub site once the initial site is complete, including writing all the articles, which have to be good and original.

On the sub sites, I use noindex, nofollow so that the articles only appear in Google the once.

Monetisation is exclusively through the Amazon program. @Page Howe the thing about that program is that you can't mix in links to other programs including Adsense willy-nilly.

Disadvantage -- the traffic has to be American. So UK traffic can't be lost. Now there is a way you can bring in UK traffic but you have to sign up to the Amazon.co.uk program. Again more work.

I am chatting with a broker about opening up as a service to others but it has to be a power domain that's ideally targeted.

Very nice @b2betrade -- I was wondering could you tell me how you are monitoring the progress of the front-end you created?

We use landing page to let enduser or possible buyer know that the domain name is for sale, and negotiate with them to get maximum returns on our investment. Though, that hasn't been the case with marketplaces such as Sedo, Dan, etc where you cannot really control your leads.

Aftermarket marketplaces should be such that domain owner or seller should be in total control of the lead coming in and either negotiate themselves or put an Aftermarket broker in control to negotiate on his behalf (of course, for a percent fee).

Our own landing pages, are the best solution so far to have full control on our leads but that leaves a small gap, which is purchase automation, for example; buyer trust and payment processing/domain transfer automation. Some would say, we can use third-party Escrow services, but that's a tiresome manual process. Since we do not have something like purchase automation process on our landing pages, is the reason we use aftermarket platforms such as Sedo, Dan, Uni, etc.

Efty (@Doron Vermaat feature to consider), though I have never used them but heard that they have all of the above features including Escrow option, but lacking purchase automation process (payment process and domain transfer) is something I would like to see and use for my domain name sales going forward, at some point in time.

I've learned so far that when you don't pay a commission you pretty much get what you you pay for, and that's ZERO! I worked for 30 years in another industry similar to this, and it PAID to partner with the right broker, and that's what I'm looking for here. I can personally add value to any broker willing to work with me.

Why trying to invent the wheel.
Simple solution is here. I went with https://DNhat.com and setup my own domain portfolio using all the features that he has to offer in his script. Done, works, love it!

There is a new parking/selling solution being built as we speak/type. It is not my place to share who, but I think it will be launched sometime in mid/late November and I am sure they will make the announcement here.

It is unclear if monetization will be included...I hope so. Whoever builds a parking/marketplace page that will allow me to sell my own 'spots' on that page for ads will get all my names (or if they have an internal 'division' for doing the same). It could be a new profit center for a progressive registrar...btw, my services are available! :xf.smile:

Do you have any insight if it was launched or not ?! Thanks.

Thanks for this excellent insight. I’m currently building a re-seller platform and have been a little stuck on things I can do differently to stand out from the competition.
