First off,
I am happy they are promoting this auction.
I would venture a guess that they sent this out to every one of their Members, not just active .TV members.(I hope)
So, That is a great sign.
Who knows, but I bet It will bring a couple of new buyers to their auction.

Secondly,
I absolutely hate the wording in this sentence...
These .tv names are available for the first time with greatly reduced renewal rates

Greatly reduced renewal rates sure does not sound the same as premium yearly rates have been eliminated forever on these gems, and All 115 will now be standard renewal rates.

I wish they would have worded this sentence just a little better for the people who know nothing about what has just happened because "greatly reduced renewal rates" could still be high, in peoples minds...

But Overall, It is a great sign that they have promoted this auction within the final 24 hours!

Better late than never (and you make a good point regarding its "target audience") ... I also have a problem with the wordings, "to tune in to high site traffic" and "best way to drive traffic"; how many of these Premium .TV auction domains come with an history of specific, consistent, and verified TRAFFIC? :gl:
