I was informed this evening that had a problem with my credit card, I do not know exactly what it is now 5:00 AM here and I can not talk to my card.

One of my buyers I reported that three of the domains that sold it were withdrawn from her account.

I'm solving the situation with her and GoDaddy. The Department will open in nine hours from now and until then I can not do anything.

They informed her that the GoDaddy fraud team said I was compensated value.

So first ask public apology for what happened with @photonmymind and secondly would like everyone who I've sold domains and have a problem to contact me urgently.

I am not dishonest and want to solve.

Apologies again.

The domains that you sold to her, was it your domains?

That's exactly why I called what GD did a theft.
I think godaddy should do some kind of attemp to resolve the issues with the seller? If the seller does not cooperative then, go daddy will have to communicate with you. To tell you about the issue? Then proceed from there? It is all about luck of communication steps procedures? Just my thoughts.

I didn't say anything that you weren't cooperative. I'm just saying the whole process and steps of communication that godaddy was trying to accomplish was a bit out of ranged. This because it has nothing to do with the DN; and the buyer. In other words, DN should have not repossessed; because it was not stolen; neither has a trademark issues and such. You are an honest seller; and sounds like things are going in a positive direction. Godaddy staff, might need to be more sincere about situation like this and such. Insted of just repossessing the items, telling the buyer to pay again and buyer will have to solve the overall situation by herself. Just my overall thought.

The biggest problem @ZapNano is that GoDaddy didn't try to contact me before or @photonmymind
There you go! Godaddy, process of this kind of situation and such, have an enormous impact of overall results. Perhaps, revising some current approach of resolving such situation. Just my thoughts.

We are not perfect. So now you just have to voice your opinion about the issues. And hopefully this situation can be prevented. You are being honest about the situation and willing to solve the issues. Thats all its matter this time. And hopefully godaddy will understand that we are not perfect; we will make a mistake throughout our lives. So, you just take it easy and enjoy your holidays.

I'm honest friend... and Since 3:30 AM (in my time zone now is 14:23) I'm trying to solve this problem. Now they told me that is not a fraud and he can solve just paying and returning back the domains.

Let's see next steps

It seems like this is being worked out. I am out of the office for the holiday now but if things are not resolved by the time I am back next week I can look into it for both of you.

Thanks to Salai who has actively cooperated domains have been returned to my account and everything seems to be solved.
Same can't be said for GoDaddy whose customer service has been giving the 2 of us wrong and misleading information all along the way. In no way a customer should be penalized for issues he/she is not involved with and in no way a company should transfer their own responsibilities and business risks to others who played no role in the events.

What happened to me can happen to any of us at any moment as long as we give GD the power to do so. I am moving my names away asap and so should you.
