advice Credit Card Charged Back on Ebay SOLD ITEM

I sold a domain name on ebay in august 2015 and the buyer has good reputation on ebay. everything went smooth and good but today I received an email from paypal that one of your buyer filled a charge back with his/her credit card company.

We are writing to let you know that one of your buyers opened a chargeback with their card issuer. The buyer stated that they did not authorize this purchase.

Here are the details of this case:

Any Advice, I already respond the paypal with the little proof I have. What's your opinion guys. How to handle this situation.

we can just respect ones privacy even if he is guilty. Avoid posting his info in public. He would have to sort this issue out or give some strong reasoning about what happened, so stay tight till then

I'm not public yet and it's not too big transaction. Its just $139 and here on namepros I made the deals with the members at much higher amount. if someone doing wrong in our community. we will not let him take advantages of the privacy. if he's not doing on purpose as I said before maybe someone else filled the charge back from his family or friend. if he's not scammer why he's not solving this issue.

2] Privacy is just not for him, its for him and his family. What if has some reasoning about what happened ? then how would you pay him back for making his info public ?

Thanks for your advice but unfortunately now I cannot edit the thread because namepros not allowing it. It's okay if he will help in any way i'll post good words for him and that will be better for him and everyone will know he's cooperative.

Hello if the scammer gets a way with it , an option that may sway future scammers: "if you scam me the domains you get will be useless as we will hire a team to spam and damage these domains to the point of uselessness." Then list the domains on every sleassy , nasty , horrible porn sites your team can find, have the domains blasted by 100,000's of bad fiverr links, you have to play dirty with these lowlifes. GET MAD, you want your money or it's war time!

Also, ecop is super cheap , fast and reliable , I have used many times, don't worry about hurting buyers feelings, and state early that escrow split fees is the only way you will do business

As far as I know Paypal does not like Chargeback as it is against its ToS. You must open a paypal dispute and present your case with evidence. paypal would limit/suspend his account.
As about Nile Patel, some buyers who dealt with him here on Namepros can confirm what his actual name is? Prime facie it appears that Nile Patel and Nilesh Lakhani are two different names but I don't deny that there could be nexus.

PATEL is not a Last name it's a CAST . you could say a community name.

My name is Nileshkumar Lakhani but I m born as patel and proud on that community who work very hard and make their mark in world so using Patel to differentiate my last name from miscommunication.
I m domain name investor and mostly my team take care of accounting , which sometime i m not aware of all the charge and charge back , we will work meanwhile to make sure why this happened.
I have already paid few minutes ago to the guy with out even waiting further from my team's answer since this is very small amount and we will never ever focus our time on this kind of stuff.
Any one who has sold your name in past to my company or me if you had any questions today or in future please communicate with us first before taking that in public without our knowledge, customer service is first in our mind and we will do our best to solve any issue or miscommunication.

We buy name using our different llc companies but when i deal in forums i buy directly on my name as all we know if we get contacted by any company the price for name always go up.
We never do charge back from any of our companies unless sometime our credit card company put hold due to lots of buying in one single day and by mistake sometime we tell them something wrong and they try to dispute but this case i m still not aware of what happened and still trying to find out why this happen.

It is august story and long period of time you should give us sometime before you go in public and communicate with us first.
