Need a registrar advise - Credit Card

Hi, One of my customers is a friend live in Panama, and he payme around 20 USD each month much time in a registerfly account with Credit Card,Then i use the funds to renew there some Secondary domains.

Because he check for other reasons dailt his credit card account, i can say he have never problems with them , and he know the situation they are now.

Because is in panama, Paypal is not accepted, and i dont know if googlechekcout is accepted or what registrars use it.

His credit card , is not accepted in Moniker and he dont want fax to reseller club, and i dont want buy or renew in godaddy / bluerazor for the TOS.

When Registerfly explodes, i ask him to buy me some backorders credit in Bluerazor, but now he ow me around 30 usd, and i am seeking a FIABLY registrar around 7-8 USD , accepting Credit Cards, and with internal balance.

Any suggestion ?

Look at Namecheap and Dynadot, although I haven't used the latter.

Namecheap tends to be the most flexible registrar, in terms of payments, so I can mimic Dave Zan's advice.

Have you tried registering domains with Yahoo?
They are pretty good.

As Far I Know, is very difficult go out of Yahoo....
