    To all NamePros members,

Usually scammers have a close circle of friends who may also practice fraudulent activities. Some may also defend each other, others may try to sweep past events under the carpet.

It's clear to see who they are if you open your eyes. Make sure you trade safe.

I have the biggest respect for all military veterans of ALL allied countries whether they choose to serve or are made to, by law. However that does not give veterans immunity from any fraudulent activity when back in civilian life. His military career is honourable, admirable and deserves respect, but when it comes to wrong doing as civilian, it's still just as bad as someone who has never served.

Let's review the links (I think it will show Shane needs to answer to this thread as it's the ONLY public allegations that has enough merit to suggest Shane is at fault of a bad business transaction)

    upload_2017-8-1_9-29-11.png

shanebellonesucks.blogspot.com - screenshot date on 9 October 2015. What happened 4 days earlier? Shane outed Adam Dicker HERE - and in return this blogspot was created to defame Shane and hopefully discredit his allegations.

    https://www.namepros.com/threads/shane-bellone-domain-fraud-scammer.913779/

This is just a link to the above shanebellonesucks.blogspot.com retaliation site created four days after he outed Adam Dicker. HERE

    https://www.namepros.com/threads/how-my-new-investment-is-also-affected-by-shane-bellone.996624/

This is a thread written by the buyer of some of the domains OP wasn't able to recover.

The ripoff report is basically the same thing as the smear site created after he outed Adam Dicker. The report claims NamePros is his favorite place to rip people off - yet Shane's NamePros trade record is FLAWLESS

    Right.. This is your boy:

"Just bought a nice watch for 5805$. I got a steal.". Shane Bellone

A self admitted thief. Thats your boy. For some reason he since deleted that Tweet.

Yes. Shane has always been antagonistic. He supposedly f*cked up, maybe felt like he was wronged or some other unpublic reasoning, to where he thought a paypal chargeback was warranted. PayPal agreed. OP contested with the registrar to get some of his domains back. OP lost out on several domains and months of bulk registration time amounting to a four figure loss alleged by OP.

For whatever reason Shane has decided to stay off namepros and antagonize the community with Twitter posts that suggest he's more than aware of the thread with these allegations. Shying away shows he could be ashamed or didn't know how to handle it at the time. He f*cked up.

To be honest I’m not all that really interested.

Point i was making is type his name into Google and his name is linked to the words ‘fraud’ ‘scammer’ ‘con artist’ etc, so something is in that and because of that i for one would never deal with him in business.

I also remember looking on his Twitter and seeing him gloat about ripping a person off, along with other bizarre posts that made me question his mental state.

Someone in this thread said he’s fairly young though, so say in say 5-10 years he may look back on all this and regret it all, but his name is forever linked to being a sleazy character and he may not realise it yet but that will haunt him when applying for jobs/dating etc.

I’m not a fan of that, i think he should be able have his past mistakes erased and clear his name some point, but Google doesn’t work like that unfortunately.

And with that I don’t want to contribute to any long term damage to him; the screen dump i posted is only temporary image and will be erased after 1 week.

He is a thief. He wrote as much himself. Before committing to the transaction he created a throw away email address. In the very least he is a scammer. So I am not sure what you are trying to dispute.

Basically you are saying we should forget it. He f*cked up? That makes it OK?

Why are you attacking his detractors?

I forgot about this detail. You bring this up to show it was a premeditated scam?

I'm not saying we should forget about it. I may have been a little harsh off the bat, as with any auction performed by somebody with negative trade reviews, you should do your due diligence and keep an eye out for unusual bidding. After seeing his auction for DNPages is only at $105 with what appears to be legit bids, I didn't think it was appropriate for Flippa to ban him from the platform. Though, you can certainly argue a PSA should be alerted in case of suspicious bidding.

I used his service DNPages, and was happy with it. He told me he spent quite a bit of money developing it, so seeing it at only $105 is a bit disheartening. I suppose he's only selling the domain, not the platform he allegedly put thousands into. The domain has some decent backlinks from the service being active. Maybe he's scrapping the domain because of the bad attention attached to his name? Maybe he's raising funds to make OP whole again?

Yeah maybe maybe. What we certainly know is that he stole from the OP and then in the most distasteful manner rubbed his face in it.

To me this was only the culmination of his unethical behaviour. Not the first taste.

To me its also distasteful that you attack people that are upset that he stole. No disputing facts here. You can make conjectures regarding how he might make good on his steal. But right now all he is, is a thief.

I also like to believe he's innocent until proven guilty. Even if guilty, there could be mitigating mental health factors, that play a role in sentencing. Until an official verdict (hearing his side of the story etc), though I defend his person, I can agree that the facts presented against him suggest he's guilty and needs to do everything he can to make OP whole again.

Unless somebody can present other bad business transactions eh's committed, I'd like to think the good he's done in the industry should allow him an opportunity to restore his name. I don't see him restoring his name if it's snowballed with unfounded smear related allegations, or if his attempts to liquidate and make OP whole again are blackballed. That said, I think if he is trying to liquidate to make OP whole, then he should come back to NamePros and admit that's what he's doing. C'mon Shane - if you're reading this #LDRSHIP

    #graspingatstraws

Though I have no idea why. If he thinks nothing of his rep why do you?

    Edit
Also he is not a nice person. Why are you defending his person? Who steals 5805 USD and then goes on twitter to brag about it? A nice person?

S-B has admitted he is a thief, but you still want to believe he is innocent. I'm sorry to say, you're a fool.

Why don't you reread this thread and refresh your memory of what's happened before attacking others.

I understand he is very good buddy of yours and $105 is not a big amount for him to make on his auction, but the OP lost nearly $6000. Who gives a flying f*ck about S-B's auction? Oh wait, his good friend @Grilled does.

How so? Did OP sell any of the domains he recovered?

OP lost thousands of dollars in bulk registration time. The fact that some of the domains were recovered with registration time left lessens the actual dollar amount lost?

Seriously @Grilled you are usually semi lucid. But this line of reasoning is seriously beneath you. Or so I thought.

Are you asking us a question or telling us a fact? Do you know all the details of whats happened?

I just ran a check, you haven't posted in this thread till today. Someone as vocal as you, must have been away at the time this was all happening. That's why you're coming at this strong, you probably just found out. I'm also going to hazard a guess that you haven't read all 26 pages on this thread so you don't know what's happened exactly.

I suggest you go back, read this thread and understand what your best bud has been doing. If you are honourable guy at your core, you may change your opinion, or if you are dishonourable like he is, you may continue your blind loyalty to him.

Either way, learn your facts before starting something...

Funny, he must really be in a downwards spiral. I now know why he loved to talk smack online. If he did it in person you would be looking for the girl whoms voice he (probably) stole.

I already called him out in his dicker thread, what goes around comes around.
If he is in the US you can file criminal charges because it's over $1000 it would be a felony fraud case. You have up to a year from the time he scammed you to file, press charges.

Are you saying that Shane is scamming his riders? I don't believe that news video quoted suggested anything of that nature.

I like you Grilled but you need to stop supporting SB.

He basically scammed somebody, boasted about it, then showed off his shiny new car.... and then starting driving in it for uber.

That was his 'exit scam', he knew what he was doing.
