First of all ,I will extend my sincere thanks to Sedo and their staffs!
also i decided to take out of 10% sales out of the total amounts of the domain to donate to the people who really in need across the global after it was sold from Sedo.
I recently received an extra domain showcase listing on Sedo's homepage for free.
What happened is this: I purchased a domain for a month on Sedo's homepage. Perhaps due to network issues or something else, I didn't receive a text message from my bank card after my first payment. then, the second payment was successful , but there was no text message notification either. So, I didn't pay again. A while later, my bank card received two emails, and I realized I'd overpaid. I immediately contacted Sedo.
After several emails with their customer supports, they actively helped me resolve the issue. Finally, they said they would contact the finance department to refund me. As an apology, Sedo's director decided to give me a free month of homepage domain listing.
Compared to other domain registrars, I don't wanna mentioned their name here, I paid for the domain registration, but their domain system didn't register it, and they didn't refund me too. in fact, I didn't actively contact them for a refund because the amount was small, only $4.50. I wanted to see when they would refund me, but even after two months passed by, I still haven't received a refund or an apology from them.
Once again, I'm very grateful to Sedo's director and customer services.
