How to transfer to GoDaddy from Namecheap?

i bought a domain name from someone n the domain is park wif namecheap..
i initiated a transfer request from godaddy n the domain owner receive the email from godaddy.com i tried to accept the account change but it doesnt seems to be working? does anybody have such problems before?

when you accept the change you also need to go to GD checkout to complete the process. did you miss this out?
