Namecheap, transfer auth. email to ?

Quick question on namecheap.

When I transfer a domain from outside to namecheap, namecheap will contact a domain owner for transfer authorization.

Who do they send the email to?
To Administrative contact?
To technical contact?
To Billing contact?
to Registrant contact?
