How do I protect my .mobi names like "MobiTunes"? Do I need to file a trademark on these, or put up a site with a business spin to it?

If someone files a trademark on one of the names that I hold in the future, will I have to give up my .mobi? I don't want to have to file trademarks on all of my domains, that would significantly increase my investment.

This would be a stronger protection then not to trademark the domain at all.
In case of a future entity being able to claim your domain is for me hard to say and i think other members could shed some better light on this matter then myself.
